Eligibility Criteria:

1. Individuals:
   • The scheme is generally targeted at individuals belonging to economically weaker sections of society.
   • Priority is often given to individuals with a valid income certificate.
2. Practitioners:
   • Registered medical practitioners may also be eligible to prescribe and dispense generic medicines under PMBJP

Documentation:

1. For Individuals:
   • Aadhaar Card: As a primary identity document.
   • Income Certificate: To establish eligibility for economically weaker sections.
   • Prescription: In case you are seeking specific medicines, a prescription from a registered medical practitioner may be required.
2. For Medical Practitioners:
   • Medical Council Registration: Proof of being a registered medical practitioner.
   • Other professional documents: Documents proving the authenticity of the practitioner.
